Drishti is a point of focus where the gaze rests during asana and meditation practice. Even though a drishti can be described as a fixed gaze, the eyes should always stay soft, never straining.

Dreamworld... or reality, «Queen Alice»? What do you see through the looking glass? A ghost, so it seems. But I should add Grand Cafe's mirrors made all paradoxes non-sensical for once and not at all...
